The backbone of most polyurethane foams. Flexible-foam grades give softness and resilience, and rigid grades give strength and insulation.

SAN-grafted polyol
Polyols filled with fine styrene-acrylonitrile particles. They raise the hardness and load-bearing capacity of flexible foam.

Ready-to-use polyol blends with catalysts, surfactants and blowing agents pre-mixed. They react with the matching isocyanate to give a consistent foam.

C₁₅H₁₀N₂O₂ (oligomers)
The isocyanate behind rigid polyurethane foam. It gives high strength, thermal insulation and good dimensional stability.
Standard polymeric MDI, typically around 31% NCO.

C₉H₆N₂O₂
Toluene diisocyanate, the standard isocyanate for flexible slabstock foam used in mattresses and furniture.
80/20 isomer ratio.
